Find the casp in the fullbuild file of the Ep/Sp that its from with s3pe. Export as package, open the new package in s3pe, highlight the file, click grid, find the female/male tick boxes and select male and female. Save. Sometimes its that easy, other times you need to alter the mesh to fit correctly.
Can u help me step by step i am not good with computors but i do have winar and kinda now how 2 download files but no idea for packages but is there like a easyier way because i got no clue like first no idea were the fullbuild file is or Ep/Sp means? or s3pe so can u help me step by step like 1. go to ur computor. 2. go to program files Do u know what i mean?

Can you maybe post your Jeffree too the sims resource? Modthesims never works for me for anything! When I try to create an account it never works or anything!
How did you get the ponytail for men? I found it for female but I don't know how to change for male D:
