This is a clothing set of the Phoenix costumes from Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. I give all credit of the hairs and sash to the makers of that game. 95% of the textures and the entire body of the mesh are by me. The gloves and boots ARE NOT painted on, I put a lot of time and effort into the mesh. The chest emblems have custom bump maps to appear not painted on. Male versions may be coming soon.

The feet package is kind of optional, if you use the regular nude foot it looks like she is bare foot, the one I've included fixes that. It has a custom thumbnail so it's easy to find. 

1D - The Harry

This is the first in what should be an obvious set I plan on making. This is a top for your T/YA/A male sims. Everyday, Formal and Career  Not Random.  Two Presets. All morphs and LODs.

High Tops - The Skinny

Since MTS isn't uploading yet I've decided to share now.

These have been on my to do list for ages and I'm so glad I finally found the drive to make them. Today I give you two things: a pair of strappy high top shoes and a pair of skinny jeans to go with them. By themselves they might look a tad wonky mixed with EA meshes. The shoes feature my initials on the tongue in an overlay. They are based off the T-mobile shoes; I've turned them into high tops, removed the logo on the ankle, added straps and removed the tears and scratches. The pants are an altered pair from the Diesel Stuff Pack; I've added a boxer texture, bunched up the bottoms and turned the grunge overlay into a color channel. 

*I did make the color of the pants a bit lighter for picture purposes*

Strapped Hightops for Men

This is an advanced release of a pair of shoes I am working on. These shoes are completely done it's just that because they are high tops they pretty much only work with shorts at this point. You can use them with other pants but there will be clipping. I am working on some pants to go with them I just thought I'd share these since they're done.

These are for T/YA/A, everyday, formal, athletic, and career. Not random. All morphs and LODs.

Beetlejuice House - Exterior

This is my replica of the Beetlejuice house. This is only the exterior, I have not gotten to doing the interior yet. It's been a while and I'm not sure when or if I'll like doing it. I've included two lots, both versions of the house, and three pieces of custom content that I made, the three modern house pieces and the two tile round window. The inside is built around the main layout of the house, modern wise. My main intentions with this house was to make the modern version. I had to get creative with some aspects of the outside of the home, I had to make the inside match the outside. This is not a real house. There is no real way of getting to the attic that I could come up with while still keeping the inegrity of the house, I was planning on making it look how it should then just use portals. I give everyone every right to do with this as they please. You do need the CC linked below. Have fun!

Regal Living unCAStables made CAStable

This makes the items that come with the Sims 3 Store Regal Living set CAStable. This fixes one fence, a 1 tile gate and a 2 tile gate. I've also included another package that hides the other unCAStable pieces in the catalogue. These do require that you own these items in order to work. Decrap if necessary. Big thank you to Inge and Aussomdays for helping me with these.

Just as an FYI, when you first place the fence there will be no transparency. As a work around, for now, place two sections of fence then the 1-tile gate, CASt the gate and drag the color template over to the fence. This will fix the transparency, you can now clone tool the fence to use as regular.

Diesel Mens Outerwear With No Stencils

This is a simple mod that adds an extra reset to two of the new Diesel Menswear set without the stencil. I'm not putting this in my store fixes because it's more of an annoyance than anything else. The new hat hair with the beret has a stencil over the whole hat making it unrecolorable, this adds a new stencil-less preset for both the adult and elder hair. It's the same thing with the brown jacket that comes with the set, adds a stencil-less preset. Decrap if necessary.  There are snowflaeks at the BBS crying that the items are broken, they're not, snowflaeks are just snowflaeks and can't distinguish the difference from how things are supposed to work and how they want them to work. On their behalf EA did leave those channels on so it does appear that you could recolor them, but obvious stencils are stencils.

the Beard-O

Today I give you the Beard-O, it's a warm knit beard for your face. Available for T/YA/A males in the outerwear category. Two styles, two presets each, is set for random. The only slider that doesn't work for this is the "jowls" one, other than that there should be no clipping.

Dr. Frank N Furter

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!

He's just a sweet transvestite from Transylvania! And now he's in your Sims game to unleash his free spirited sexual prowess on your sims. Here is my adaptation of Dr. Frank N Furter from The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I'm pretty sure everything is base game compatible except for the pearl necklace, you need WA. I think everything should explain itself, two outfits included, I do want to eventually do the other two he wears in the film. DO NOT touch his makeup, you will mess it up, I used "allowmultiwear" a lot on his face. Everything is high quality, all morphs, LODs, channels, as is expected from me. Enjoy!!!
